Reporting a catalogue error
The catalogue is reconstructed: it holds errors and gaps. A reasoned correction — a code read off the object, the mark on the pen's base, what differs from the page — is worth more than a long message. If a photo would help, we will ask you for it in our reply.
Personal data
Exporting and deleting your account are self-service from your account page. For any other right — access, rectification, objection — choose “My personal data”: we reply within one month.
